Q. When does it release?

Since I'm not going to Gencon

, Should I be waiting up until midnight for it? i.e. or will it become available at say 9am EST when the dealer's hall opens? I've been waiting (drooling) for it since I first heard about the SR ruleset some 2 years or more ago, it's the main reason I bought Hero Lab, my D&D 4e habit has only been tiding me along.
