My groups are on european time as well, since moving over to HLO they have taken the precaution of having a pdf backup ready before every session. The times are not ideal, but you will always upset somebody I guess.
My Saturday games begins at 15:00 GMT and runs through to midnight, with my Wednesday game starting at 19:00 GMT and running until 23:00. Both are often affected, but as the software develops I suspect these will be less and less, so I am willing to deal with it for now
