There's a note on Page 12 of the
Ships of the Gothic Sector pdf on Games Workshop's
Battlefleet Gothic Resources section that reads...
The 24th Destroyer Squadron (Widowmakers) carried experimental long-range detection gear. This doubles the Leadership test bonus for enemy contacts (ie, enemy on special orders) from +1 to +2 but removes the destroyer's weapons batteries.
This may be part of the advanced rules, or from an additional
Fleet book of some description. I haven't played BFG before, or used the list in Army Builder, but I hope that helps.
