Prior to the last release for L5R, a new author had volunteered to take them over. We adapted our conversion program for his use and provided it to him. He then used it to prepare and release the last set of L5R data files. Consequently, I don't know the status of the new L5R files.
For an answer about the timing of data files for the new set, please contact the new data file author directly. Within CV, go to the Help menu and select Contact Data File Author. Alternately, view the FAQ included with the data files (the option below Contact) and check the contact info provided by the author.
