www.cheeseweasel.net. I am creating a bunch of .dat files for my own gaming and would like to try and get more folks involved in getting the entire game system in HL.
Wizards in touchy though, I have had dealings with them before, but if no one is selling the information I don't think there is anything legal they could do about it, but I'm not a lawyer. Also 3.5 isn't supported by Wizards anymore, and is essentially a dead product for them, they might not care what hapens to it now.
