Are these weapons you created in the editor with a .user file? If so you have to move the .user file over to the iPad to get it work. See

Is it the case you just don't see them on the main page? You have to equip or set "show but don't equip" a weapon the iPad to get it to display on the front page. In this case click the change weapons button above weapons and then set the bows to be equipped.
