@MaxSupernova: The comments section is just as binding as the KS page. It's part of the negotiations and pledges were made based on the responses given.
As a KS backer, I provided seed money and I have the right and obligation to help LWD to help themselves by providing a swift kick in the pants on occasion. This is one of those occasions. Do they have to listen? Not in the least. What they do with my commentary is up to them. But there are a lot of people that are dissatisfied due to key features being pushed back month after month after month.
