Remember that when HeroLab encounters errors like duplicate things on startup, it boots in "safe mode" and does not load any .user files you have, hence the numerous "missing things" errors you got on opening your portfolio/character file.
In this case, either manually resolve the conflict with the Psionic Unleashed .user file, or remove those files altogether from your Data/Pathfinder folder until a new corrected version is released; this should take care of the "many errors" problem.
