Hello. Same issue here. As you move or try to resize the tactical console, it gets narrower in small increments.
Windows 10
144hz monitor using nvidia gsync (I mention this because it almost looks like the window shrinks when it refreshes.)
Version 8.9h 32bit
Happens with Shadowrun 4 and Pathfinder
The 64bit version does not present the bug.
(I'm using the 32bit version due to it's integration with Realm Works.)
