This is how I do it by hand, only I also have an Armies/ directory for the WizKids games.

It'd be nice if the saved files would be, by default, placed into a
decks directory structure that mirrored the data directory structure. Hence
all of my DBZ decks would be stored in decks/dbz by default and my Buffy
decks would be stored in decks/buffy.
