Are you trying to create a character for First or Second Edition? First Edition is only available in Hero Lab Classic (the Windows/Mac/iOS offline application) while Second Edition is only available in Hero Lab Online.
Second Edition doesn't include PC Aasimar or Oracles* yet; they're coming in next year's Advanced Player's Guide.
* While there is a playtest version of the Oracle, it's not going to be implemented in HLO.
