I would get comfortable waiting for Astra Militarium. I feel sorry for those volunteers having to update everything with different page numbers (i.e. Special Rule X, see page Y) will have to be done for each and every unit in each and every codex, as well as having to program things like the force organization rules, as well as the new rules for unbound armies, the list of stuff that needs to be done is huge. God bless them, every one.
