If you have 10 karma the program calculates 1 point of Street Cred (OK).
But if you get a negative Street Cred in a Journal entry it doesn't reduce your Street Cred total. I don't think this is correct.

Is it possible to modify the Street Cred with a Quality?

Is it possible to reduce Notoriety by 1 by burning 2 points of Street Cred?
