The Lone Wolf website will tell you exactly what data packages are available for purchase from them. A look down the Forum headings will also show you what game systems are in use for HL.
Neither of the two you have mentioned are available from LW - and aren't likely to be something added to HL. You could search through the 'User Projects' forum and see if anyone mentions making one of those themselves, or any other system you want that isn't a current HL system.
