Golarion is the name of the main
planet, but as officially as I can tell the name of the
setting is Pathfinder Campaign Setting. That's the name of the product line that includes the original
Pathfinder Chronicles Campaign Setting book as well as the current
Inner Sea World Guide.
I agree that it's not the best name given that other settings use the same ruleset, but that's Paizo's prerogative.
