Infernal Constitution is throwing an error, looking for the race rTiefling in the Pick-Reqs... it should be looking for the community data file version of the Tiefling race, not the built in version that gets replaced...
I'd recommend whoever coded the racial feats check over their work and pick-reqs... possibly changing it to an expr-req to look for all versions of the Tiefling race to account for the community pack and the built in version.
