I gave up a little too soon. I disabled Danger Sense. Created a new Class Special Danger Sense. Bootstrapped to that. Now, what did not seem right to me but worked, was to bootstrap for each level I wanted the ability. I had tried to make one bootstrap and add three tags with ClSpecWhen to that but it did not work.
