I'd add D20Pro to this list since they already seem to be headed into the direction of supporting LW products.

Herolab can be exported then imported into a "token" with the PC picture and (while still Very Rough) the stats, equipment etc all as a pulldown mouseover.
The nice part is it can be set up on a local lan (which is how I use it) or thru assigning IP addresses, can be logged into remotely as well.
As a Alpha & Beta tester for the software, there is ALOT of new features coming.
