On Wednesday morning (October 16) at 10 AM Pacific time, we plan to take Hero Lab Online, Realm Works, and our account/sales servers down for maintenance. We expect up to about 1 hour of downtime, though it may be less.
Additionally on Tuesday morning (October 15) at 10 AM pacific time we will be taking just the Realm Works server down for maintenance for up to 30 minutes (though it will likely less).
EDIT: This downtime took longer than expected but everything is back up now.
