Bug summitted

According the Core rulebook...
"Your familiar's save modifiers and AC are equal to yours before applying circumstance or status bonuses or penalties. Its Perception, Acrobatics, and Stealth modifiers are equal to your level plus your spellcasting ability modifier (Charisma if you don't have one, unless otherwise specified). It can't make Strikes, but it can use trained skill actions for skills for which it adds your spellcasting ability modifier. If it attempts an attack roll or other skill check, it uses your level as its modifier. It doesn't have or use its own ability modifiers and can never benefit from item bonuses."

It appears the the familiars AC bonus does not take into the masters , dex, Proficiency or Item bonuses. Which it should according to rules.
Example of a fighter with the witch dedications
Fighter 9th level
Proficiency Level (Trained)
•Ability Bonus (+2): Dexterity 16 (+3), Max Dex of +2 from Explorer’s clothing (=5), Hide (=2)
•Base Bonus (+21): Starting Armor Class (+10), Character Level (+9), Trained Proficiency Modifier (+2)
•Item Bonuses (+4): Item Bonus of Hide

Familiar
Proficiency Level (Untrained)
•Base Bonus (+19): Starting Armor Class (+10), Character Level (+9), Untrained Proficiency Modifier (+0)

Saves seem to be off also not taking into account the stat bonus
Fighter 9th level
Proficiency Level (Master)
•Ability Bonus (+3): Constitution 16 (+3)
•Base Bonus (+15): Character Level (+9), Master Proficiency Modifier (+6)

Fimiliar
Proficiency Level (Master)
•Base Bonus (+15): Character Level (+9), Master Proficiency Modifier (+6)
