A feat listed with Green text means something added the feat other than choosing it on the "Feat" tab. The most common way is that its a "Class" feat like the bonus feats Fighters get.
Go to the name of the "Class" tab and see if that is where the feat can be removed and changed.
In other words it was not a "General" feat as you don't get a general feat at level 4.
