On Thurs. (Nov. 11) we will be taking Hero Lab Online our account/sales server down for maintenance at 10 AM Pacific time (5 PM UTC). Expected duration of downtime is 30 minutes.
NOTE: This maintenance was originally scheduled for Wed. Nov. 10 but was postponed to Thurs. Nov. 11.
EDIT: This has been completed. Release notes will be posted shortly.
