We're planning a combined release of Hero Lab Online and our account/sales server Monday morning (7/2) at around 10am Pacific time. This update will include a few highly requested enhancements and a number of bugfixes. We're hoping the downtime will not be longer than ~1 hour.
Because the account server is involved, new logins to Realm Works will also be unavailable during this time, as well as sales for both Realm Works and Hero Lab Online. The actual downtime of the account server should be significantly less than that HLO itself.
As usual, after the update is live, you will need to refresh your browser to get the latest update.
UPDATE: This is taking longer than anticipated due to some infrastructure difficulties. We're working on it, and will keep you posted.
