Ah, sorry. I was confused.
David works on the realm-works side of things, as a developer, while I am a lowly data file author for hero lab. There isn't very much overlap in our jobs, especially since I work from home. If I wanted, I could have sent an e-mail to the company list, but my personal tech questions don't particularly warrant that sort of thing. Plus, as you had said, putting the Q and A here means others can see and benefit from it.
