support@wolflair.com so our devs can take a look at your character. Include your HLO Username, what exactly were you doing when this error occurred, and please copy the URL out of the browser for the character you were using when encountering the error

The "001XqGJj" is a character ID that can be useful for us to look up.
That way we'll be able to see exactly what you're talking about and better assist you.
