You should be able to copy one and pick it apart - they are found over on the Class Special tab in the editor. Just do a new (copy) and type in "channel" - the paladin ones should have a "Pal" somewhere in their ID.
Once you create them you just bootstrap them, preferably by using the edit button on the Class Special Abilities dialog lower down in the Oath (so it sets the level info and all that for you).
