This won't work, because the -roundup has to come after all the
arithmetic stuff.

-roundup and -clipup can only be used on stat operations, not costs.
You'd need to create another stat, called perhaps Temp1, and use that,
like so:
stat:Temp1=(ST/4*75)-clipup
cost:stat@Temp1 or expr=Temp1
