Sadly, the Dropbox folks stopped supporting the feature that allowed Army Builder to integrate so nicely with dropbox.
It is on our list of thing to do to take out the Dropbox references in Army Builder but it hasn't happened quite yet.
You can still use the Dropbox iPad app to synchronize/copy documents to your iPad but you then have to use the Dropbox app to manually export them into Army Builder.
