Oh, I'm an idiot. "Long Ability Descriptions" is at the bottom of the Configure Character settings. I should have remembered that, sorry.
The Power Cards should be showing everything about your magical gear that counts as a Power; that's what they're there for. Things like Enhancement Bonuses and the like should be on the main sheet.
