1) Why is the cart requiring me to purchase a game system with the Classic Migration to HLO Standard Level? Don't I already have the game system with my classic license? I joined my HLC license to my online account prior to adding the Classic Migration option to my cart.
2) If I purchase the Standard service, and later in 2 months upgrade to the Patron service, how does that work? Will I get a refund for the unused part of the Standard service, or a credit applied to the Patron service price?
3) Everywhere the website indicates "$5 off for new users". Why am I not seeing that discount when I place the Standard service in my cart? I've never used HLO before.
