I figured this out. I was thinking of the "never" tags as functions when they are really commands. So now I am able to disable the "Lads Got Talent" leveling option for any henchmen.
The syntax for all of this is still a little confusing for me. All of my programming experience has been with assembly language. If anyone could link me a directory that explains some of the syntax used in this ABCreator that would be very helpful.
