Thanks for your comment. I did a search on thewolflair forums for "weapon master", filtered down to pathfinder rpg, sorted by date posted, and only saw two posts: one in november and one in december. Neither of which said it would be released this month.
That being said, I did not know where to look for news for upcoming releases, so I asked here. If you'd be so kind as to point out where "it's been said in multiple places", maybe the next person can see as well.
