We're planning a combined release of Hero Lab Online and our account login/sales server Wednesday morning (11/7) at 10am Pacific time. We expect downtime to last up to 1 hour.
Because the account server is involved, new logins to Realm Works will also be unavailable during this time, as well as sales for both Realm Works and Hero Lab Online.
UPDATE: The account server is back up so Realm Works logins are available again. However Hero Lab Online is taking a bit longer than expected. We anticipate having it back up by about 11:15 am Pacific.
UPDATE: Everything is back up.
