Most of the accusers (Jharii, Kenjoon, Ra-Tiel, and Dane_McArdy) accuse first and retract...well, never.
Their attitude seems to be that WotC is never to be questioned, EVER, and that anyone who doesn't show grovelling sycophantic levels of brand-name blindness, er, loyalty is automatically a scum-sucking, thieving data-pirate.
In fact, in their paranoia Jharii and Ra-Tiel have all but claimed that the downloader for HL somehow mind-controls its users to pirate data and trade it illegally online amongst one another.
