I'm going to start this thread, and hopefully it will get Stickied.
All the different campaign settings are the intellectual properties of individual companies, and even individual people. For Wolf Lair to publish authentic files for all the settings, they would need to set up a licensing agreement with all the different publishers, and authors. Prolly not going to happen.
That said, there are several user-created files out there for your enjoyment. Attached is a list of several different user files. Check with the author to see about getting a copy.
