Issue w/Zen Archer Qinggong Monk Dwarf Build

Built a lvl 12 char and swapped out SLOW FALL for BARKSKIN. The BARKSKIN ability does show on my Play sheet, but is protected (grayed out) and I can't use it. What am I missing?
