I am trying to mage a custom magic item that takes up the tattoo shoulders slot, and behaves like muleback cords.
The first issue i've run into is I don't think there's tattoo slots in the editor that consume a tattoo body slot. Which is ok I can live with it just being a slotless wondrous item.
But i'm having an issue getting the item to behave like muleback cords. Is there a setting I need to use to get an item to act like another?
