I created a character that has a device that gives her extra Strength, Limited to Lifting and when I turn the device (or the array that the lifting Str is in) off it does not change the "How much ye can lift" that is on the right side of HeroLab or the Throwing Distance section on the Special Tab.
(i.e. It shows she can lift 800 lbs [+4 Str for lifting] even when the power is off and it should be the normal 50 lbs for Str 0)
Edit: Just checked if it does the same to the 'premade' Power-Lifting and that one works as it should, it only effects if ye make it "Enhanced Ability: Strength" and use the green 'premade' mod "Limited to Lifting" that shows up at the top of the Extras and Flaws section.
