I did this and it still did not work but then it hit me that you said it is
a local file for those two menu items. I believe that is actually different
when a browser makes itself the default browser maybe it doesn't change the
local files which uses file:// instead of
http://. So, I went to Folder
Options under Windows Explorer, found the HTM file type and it was set to
IE. I changed that to Firefox and it now works.
