Bigger issue with the Scavenge Pile that still hasn't been fixed is that AB continues to count the cost of Scavenge Pile items as if they were magic items. Skaven characters can take Scavenge Pile items and the points are over and above the magic items totals for each character, so a Cheiftan with a warp forged blade can still have a tail weapon and a poisoned attack with it, etc.
