From the announcements thread:
On Wednesday morning (February 27) at 10 AM Pacific time we're planning on taking Hero Lab Online down for maintenance. The downtime should be limited to about 30 minutes.
EDIT: We're now also planning to take the account/sales server down for maintenance during this time. This means new logins to Realm Works will also be unavailable.
