Hi!
I noticed when creating a l4 character you can
select all class feats at l4 feats. Yes, the rules allow
retraining during downtime, but not retraining to
a higher lvl feat so a l4 char should only be allowed
1 l4 feat, the tool should complain if you choose more.
Currently it seems only to care on the number of
Feats and that you do not take one higher than
your lvl. Not sure if it also happens with spells,
didn’t check spells.
