In Hero Lab Online, click the icon at the top right of the page that looks like a gear, and choose "Print" from the menu that pops up. That will generate pdfs for you. If that generates a weird error message, then please contact
support@wolflair.com. I just tested printing one of my own PF2 characters, and didn't run into any trouble.
