+1 for its easy to implement.

Until it´s implemented one Tip: From the ArticleView you can "Open Externaly" any simple Picture (not Maps unfortunately). Then the Picture opens in your Default ImageViewer and you can Copy it from there.
Still a Workaround, but better then copy all images to an extra Folder.
