Unless LW can get an agreement with Cubicle 7 for their products, and get an employee or contractor at Cubical 7 to do the work it would fall to the community to reach out and get Cubical 7's permission to replicate their product in some form and distribute it (for free).
Not a lot of publishers are willing to allow that. WotC has been very nice in letting the community do what it does.
Even if they do, the community works on requests that are put in over at
github. Just posting here doesn't make it an official request.
