All - It was the Sundered Skies data files that were causing the duplicate Outsider to appear even when those weren't selected. The copy of those files have several bugs that need to be fixed.
Zarlor - Thanks for the help offer. I'm usually out in Metairie once or twice a week. I'll kepe your help offer in mind if I can't debug the Sundered Skies data files in the next couple of weeks.
TCArknight - It wasn't a one major and one minor Outsider.
