I generally don't run into that problem.

If I give something a true name that is so descriptive it doesn't need a suffix to further identify it. I only use suffixes when the topic has a generic name, like "warehouse," that might appear many times in a realm and doesn't have any other names. When I do give a topic a suffix I try not to give it one that give's away plot information. So instead of the suffix "Craig's" for something I might give it the name of the neighborhood it is in or the street. "Warehouse (Elm St.)" doesn't tell the players anything they don't already know but does differentiate the warehouse from any others in my realm.
