It is available in the Dragonlance setting material, and that is available through Hero Lab. I have tried to copy and paste the
Improvised item powers from Pathfinder to d20/3.5, but I am coming up with errors.
The only thing I cannot get it to do is using the Improvise Weapon or Greater Improvise Weapon feats. I am not experienced with coding.
