Let me know when things work and when they start to fail. When they fail,
specify what the behavior is that starts failing.

For example, the info you report might be something like the following....

All fields are first designated as "info". Everything works fine with all
fields designated as "info" except the name. Fields are sequentially
changed to "column". As soon as field "foo" is set to "column", the sample
column at the top starts showing garbage text within it. Setting field
"foo" back to "info" results in the sample column showing properly again.
When "foo" is set to "column" and its width is increased to 20 or more, CV
crashes.

**NOTE!!** The above is purely an example I pulled out of thin air! It's
provided purely to give you an idea of the sorts of information that will
prove most valuable to us in an effort to figure out the problem and get it
fixed. Your results will be substantially different (since the example
isn't based on anything real). :-)
