That wouldn't be too hard for someone to do. Make an ability that foreaches through all gear on the hero with one of the equipment slot tags that is also currently equipped. Build up a string of text for each such detected piece of gear, then set the string into the description for the ability. Bootstrap the ability to a mechanic if you want everyone to get it, or to an adjustment if you want it on a case by case basis.

Would love to see that as an adjustment, but it sounds like its beyond my basic scripting skills.
